Gina Cappitti, LNHA, CEAL, CDPDirector of Workforce Solutions - LeaderStat Gina Cappitti, LNHA, CEAL, CDP, and Director of Workforce Solutions brings over 8 years of experience in healthcare, specifically in the long-term care industry. She has managed a variety of centers including skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, as well as assisted and independent living communities. At LeaderStat, Gina’s focus is on implementing solutions to the industry’s workforce challenges and providing support to long-term care centers and professionals. As part of this initiative, Gina developed and continues to manage LeaderStat’s Medication Aide Certification program. She also manages LeaderStat’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) program and developed and conducts customized Recruitment and Hiring Consulting assessments to senior living centers. Gina serves as a member of the LeadingAge Ohio Professional Development Committee and the Workforce Committee, and she is a member of the 2023 Ohio Health Care Association’s faculty for the Certified Executive for Assisted Living (CEAL) program. Gina was recently nominated and inducted into the Marquis Who’s Who in America for 2022-2023 for her dedication to improving the lives of residents in nursing home facilities.
