Address the vital aspect of emotional safety and its impact on organizational effectiveness. This workshop is designed as an interactive, immersive experience. You will benefit from a safe, confidential environment as you delve into resolving a workplace conflict. Join us in this transformative session and take the first step towards creating a more emotionally-safe and productive workplace.
First, you will hear how a years-long organizational conflict was resolved by creating emotional safety that led to honesty. Then Rita Marie will share about the Connection Practice, a skill that quickly turns confusion into clarity and conflict into connection. It combines empathy and insight to face any challenge in life with confidence. Afterward, all participants will be supported by certified Connection Practice (CP) Coaches in breakout rooms. You are invited to bring a current workplace conflict to the workshop. With the guidance of a CP Coach, and the care of a partner, you will experience firsthand how to identify your feelings and unmet needs, respectfully guess the needs of others, and access an insight for resolving the conflict. Google’s Aristotle Project concluded that psychological safety is the number one factor in creating effective teams. This workshop provides the “how to” of creating an environment where each person knows they are safe and that they matter. You will be empowered with the skill to cultivate such an environment, ultimately leading to more cohesive teams. |
