Mastering CollaborationThanks to technology and the arrival of artificial intelligence, the speed and abundance of information at our fingertips can be both exhilarating and daunting at the same time. As such, synthesizing information through effective teamwork and collaboration has never been more important in achieving organizational success.
Gallup research shows that employees with at least one strong collaborative relationship are 43% more likely to plan a long-term career with their current employer. Collaboration also results in higher creativity, innovation and problem solving, heightened employee morale and workplace satisfaction, leading to retention, important dynamics found in the most successful organizations. Collaboration also builds stronger professional relationships, a deeper sense of purpose and overall wellbeing, providing personal satisfaction and happiness in our daily work life. |
We begin this workshop exploring today’s global organizational challenges and provide a modern framework to overcome these obstacles. We will then discuss how to build trust among teams, how to collaborate more effectively with remote internal partners, establish smart goals, and drive effective project management. By doing so, we provide an approach to enhance cross-functional collaboration, team productivity and overall business results.
The workshop will then review modern day tactics, communication tools and technology to implement and optimize collaboration, particularly important for today’s hybrid/remote global workplace. We will then review a real-life case study undertaken for a major global financial firm demonstrating the power of collaboration.
Throughout the workshop, we will provide the opportunity to put these tools and techniques into practice using practical exercises and planning tools in real-time.
