Cultural Intelligence for Global LeadersThanks to the acceleration of transportation, technology, education, and an exchange of services and goods around the globe, business must be at the forefront of understanding cultural differences in both behaviors and communication to succeed. It is not just enough to know that you can provide a profit making partnership. Organizations and individuals today must do so with adaptability to the environment they desire to enter into. As such, integrating cultural intelligence into the fabric of the organization’s operating behaviors is imperative.
Research shows that organizations who embrace cultural intelligence into the organizational strategy show a 3.8% increase in positive customer engagement, a revenue growth of 30%, a 40% increase in customer satisfaction, increases in team performance and a decrease in unnecessary costs due to unintended “missteps.” |
We begin this workshop by defining cultural intelligence and its impact on organizational success in an increasingly complex and rapidly evolving world. We will then explore how cultural intelligence is impacted in an AI world and why it is essential to understand its significance. We will then cover the topics of CQ benefits and financial impact, how to measure its success, and what will keep an organization from succeeding. By doing so, we provide an approach to enhance the success of organizational and team collaboration across cultural divides that would otherwise waste time, money, and effort.
The workshop will use real operational case studies to enhance understanding of the importance of implementing CQ. We will then develop a strategic plan to implement CQ within the organization, ensuring a seamless and successful transition.
Throughout the workshop, we will provide the opportunity to put these tools and techniques into practice using practical exercises and planning tools in real-time
