We begin this workshop exploring your most valuable asset – your network! We discuss why your network is important, how to build your network, and things to consider in finding your network. Next, we will discuss the importance of taking what we learn and like to be curious, to create our path and embrace where it can lead us both personally and professionally. We will then discuss setting yourself up for the future. The importance of a balanced personal ecosystem for professional health, physical and mental health, and financial health. Her most recent roles were in startup like division, newly formed legal entities to bring something new and innovative to the organization. Throughout her career she's played pivotal roles in steering committees, transformation projects, corporate restructures, and system implementations. She is passionate about people and organizational design. Dedicated to promoting diversity in leadership and actively involved in angel investing, board membership, and various networking groups.
